Refund Policy

Payment

Payment is collected for appointments at the time of booking.


Reschedules, Cancellations and Refunds 

There is no fee charged to reschedule an appointment.

All reschedules and cancellations can be made online until the day of your scheduled appointment.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, to receive a full refund of your payment please ensure to cancel no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment on the same day of your upcoming appointment please contact via admin@sundiata-educational-consulting.com.

If the appointment is cancelled on the same day, the customer will receive a refund of 75% of the total amount due for each appointment.


Late receipt of your refund

If it has past the 7 to 10 day window and you have not received a refund yet:

      1. First check your bank account again.
      2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact admin@sundiata-educational-consulting.com.
